Barrels XXXVII is taking shape – come to Chicago
Dear Colleagues,
The 2024 Barrels meeting--our 37th--will be held on October 3rd and 4th just prior to the annual Society for Neuroscience meeting.
Confirmed speakers for this year's meeting include:
Hillel Adesnik (UC Berkeley)
Alison Barth (Carnegie Mellon University)
Natalia De Marco (Weill Cornell New York)
Josh Dudman (Janelia)
Michael Economo (Boston University)
Fritjof Helmchen (University of Zurich)

Caroline Runyan (University of Pittsburgh)
Julia Veit (University of Freiburg)
This year's Barrels program will include a panel discussion session on the state-of-the-art and future of Barrels research. We hope this discussion will form the basis of a white paper on our field.
If you are interested in presenting a short talk, register and submit an abstract by August 30th, at: https://cvent.me/waNAZo
Note that we cannot accommodate more than a hundred attendees, so if you want to attend, register early. The meeting will be hosted at the Chicago campus of Northwestern University. All aspects of sensory-motor systems are welcome.
