Incomings
You are an "incoming" if you are enrolled at one of our partner universities and are studying in Göttingen for one or two semesters as part of the ERASMUS+ program.
The adjoining submenus provide interesting information about the course offerings at the University Medical Center Göttingen (UMG) and important information about the application procedure.
Nomination deadlines for the study year 2024/25:
- May, 15, 2024 for Winter term 2024/25 (WiSe 2024/25 ) and
- November, 15, 2024 for Summer term 2025 (SoSe 2025).
Application deadlines for the study year 2024/25:
- June, 1, 2024 for Winter term 2024/25 (WiSe 2024/25) and
- December 1, 2024 for Summer term 2025 (SoSe 2025).
Timetable for ERASMUS+ Incomings 2024/25
- Application at the home university (according to procedures and deadlines of the home university).
- Counseling by the ERASMUS+ Office Göttingen (if needed)
- Nomination in Göttingen by the ERASMUS+ coordinator of the home university

As soon as you have been nominated for an ERASMUS+ scholarship by your home University, please proceed as described in the Information Sheet during the creation of your application documents. Use the Checklist to check your application documents for completeness.
