First paper of the New Year accepted
It is never easy to publish these days but this manuscript had an exceptionally long journey before it finally found a good home now. Basically it is the dissertation that Nieves performed in our lab under the supervision of Robin. The deep insights into reeler cortex development makes me still consider it a cornerstone toward understanding reelin function(s). Please check out the coming issues of Cerebral Cortex for “Caudally pronounced deficiencies in preplate splitting and migration underly a rostro-caudal progression of cortical lamination defects in the reeler brain” by Mingo-Moreno et al.
Congratulations to this great work!
